Angelica is the Angelfish Princess, cheerful and colourful like the species she represents. Despite being a little shy, Angelica "lets loose" when it comes to dancing and playing sports, making her feel like a whole new person. She is in love with her tap dancing lessons.
Character history[]
In The Angel Fish, Angelica leaves her pet angelfish, Scooter with Tubarina for a day. Upon returning to pick up Scooter, she notices that Tubarina had invited Scooter's friends over as well and asks her to look after Scooter and his friends again when she goes away with her family the week after, blissfully unaware of what had happened that day.
In Polvina the Teacher, Angelica is shown to have a tendency to daydream and be distracted with what is around her, causing her to "space out" and lose concentration with what she is supposed to do. This also causes problems at school, leading Miss Marla to ask Polvina to tutor her for the upcoming geometry test. Polvina attempts to tutor Angelica, but just as she is about to give up after several failed attempts, she realises that she can connect her fascination with shapes and figures to geometry and encourages her to do so. When the day of the test comes, Angelica is able to identify a perfect hexakaidecagon (a 16-sided polygon) from a rock and manages to get a perfect score on her test.
